EJMA 10th Edition
Using our EJMA 10th proprietary software, we are capable of designing bellows to spec. Many of our exhaust bellow capsules are designed to withstand 5 PSIG and 1000° F.
If other requirements are needed, we design the bellow capsule to your needed requirements for your exhaust system and/or pipe lines.
Testing
We also do various testing to our products such as X-ray weld testing and the following:
- hydro testing

- pressure testing

Maximum Bellow Cycles
A cycle is when the metal bellow is moved from its initial installed position, Start-up and Shut Down, and while operating , each movement can be caused by heat, stress, axial or lateral movements and pressure.
Using our EJMA software we strive to provide you with the maximum amount of cycles to your desired specs. Therefor, our low pressure exhaust bellows are designed to withstand 5 PSIG and 1000°F with a cycle life of 10,000+ cycles given minimal movements in your current exhaust system.
